Dental residency makes JBLE smile’s brighter

Advanced Education in General Dentistry is a residency program recognized by civilian and military dentists alike for its long history of excellence. Graduates from this program have gone on to assume critical leadership roles in the Air Force Dental Corps as teachers and commanders. The application of this program in the 633d Dental Squadron on Joint Base Langley-Eustis is crucial to the success of the mission.

1st FW accelerates Airmen through MCA

“MCA is designed to train Airmen in varying career fields, on recovering, relaunching, refueling and reloading aircraft in contingency locations in the shortest amount of time possible with no outside support,” said Huffman. “Currently, we have 20 Airmen, each with different maintenance backgrounds, such as aerospace ground equipment, weapons, ammo, low observable and more, participating in the program.”
