The Joint Base Langley-Eustis Resiliency Network is a collection of helping agencies designed to assist Airmen, Civilians, Retirees and Families find support, manage crises, and get the help they need to lead happier, healthier lives. Click on the agencies listed beneath each issue to view a description of resources and contact information. Below is a comprehensive AF Resilience site that will equip you with tools to build unit resilience, navigate through a crisis, lead after a crisis and includes situational exercises.

American Red Cross for Military & Veteran Families
 
  • The American Red Cross Services to the Armed Forces is a world-wide network of volunteers to support Service Members, Veterans, and their families. Our Red Cross staff and network of volunteers deliver verified messages to deployed service members during emergencies at home; work in partnership with military aid societies to provide quality, reliable financial assistance to eligible applicants; offer confidential services to all members of the military, veterans, and their families by connecting them with local, state, and national resources.

  • Additionally, the American Red Cross has developed workshops, information, and support services to help service members and their families with the practical and emotional challenges of military life. Insider threat (InT) support and coordination at the installation-level, primarily focused on preventing acts of workplace violence.
 
PAR identifies, assesses, and mitigates insider risks and threats. DOD is standing up these offices in response to active shooter and other high-profile violent events on installations, such as the shooting at Fort Hood, and other incidents.
