DeCA Civilian Employee Pilot Program Extension - The Department of War (DoW) has extended the dates of the current pilot for DoW civilian employees to shop at select commissary stores in the continental United States and U.S. territories to Dec. 31, 2026. This extends the current pilot that was set to end Dec. 31. Local stores impacted include Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Fort Eustis and Langley Air Force Base commissaries), Fort Lee, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (Little Creek Commissary), Naval Base Norfolk, Naval Air Station Oceana and Norfolk Naval Ship Yard (Portsmouth).
