733d Mission Support Group Change of Command – Tuesday, June 16 at 0933, 3rd Port, 451 Kerr Road, Fort Eustis, Virginia.

The 633d Air Base Wing will host a Change of Command Ceremony in which Colonel Laura G. Hutchinson will formally relinquish command of the 733d Mission Support Group to Colonel Jacob E. Roper.  The event will be officiated by Colonel Stephen E. Anderson, Commander, 633d Air Base Wing and Commander, Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Colonel Hutchinson’s next assignment will be as Deputy Commander, 633d Air Base Wing, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.

DeCA Civilian Employee Pilot Program Extension - The Department of War (DoW) has extended the dates of the current pilot for DoW civilian employees to shop at select commissary stores in the continental United States and U.S. territories to Dec. 31, 2026. This extends the current pilot that was set to end Dec. 31. Local stores impacted include Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Fort Eustis and Langley Air Force Base commissaries), Fort Lee, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (Little Creek Commissary), Naval Base Norfolk, Naval Air Station Oceana and Norfolk Naval Ship Yard (Portsmouth).
