    No current record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for October 2024.

    JULY 2024


    Assault Consummated by a Battery, Article 128, UCMJ – A Master Sergeant grabbed the hips of another member.  The Master Sergeant accepted an Article 15, was reduced to Technical Sergeant (suspended for six months), ordered forfeitures of $500.00 pay per month, and was reprimanded.


    JUNE 2024
     

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ; Assault Consummated by a Battery, Article 128, UCMJ – A Technical Sergeant created a hostile work environment by kissing and sending sexually suggestive messages to another member.  The Technical Sergeant accepted an Article 15, was reduced to Staff Sergeant, and was reprimanded.

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A First Lieutenant created a hostile work environment by making inappropriate sexual comments to another member.  The First Lieutenant received a Letter of Counseling.


    MAY 2024
     

    No current record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for May 2024.


    APRIL 2024
     

    Failure to Obey a Lawful Order or Regulation – A Technical Sergeant sent sexually suggestive messages to a subordinate.  The Technical Sergeant accepted an Article 15, was reduced to Staff Sergeant, and was reprimanded.

    Failure to Obey a Lawful Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ; Unlawful Entry, Article 129, UCMJ; Extramarital Conduct, Article 134, UCMJ – A Technical Sergeant engaged in extramarital conduct with a subordinate and sent sexually suggestive messages to the subordinate.  The Technical Sergeant accepted an Article 15, was reduced to Staff Sergeant, and was reprimanded.
