The 633rd Force Support Squadron fitness staff kicked-off the Biggest Loser competition with an initial weigh-in January 22, 2019 at Shellbank Fitness Center at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. The Biggest Loser competition is an eight week-long event where teams of two compete against each other with the goal of losing the most weight.
