The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Langley Airman receives Yorktown Patriot award

Nikara Brown, 633rd Logistics Readiness Squadron aircraft parts store assistant noncommissioned officer in charge, received the Yorktown Patriot Award from the Comte De Grasse Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution at Langley Air Force Base, Va., May 22, 2014. The Yorktown Patriot Award, which commemorates the 1781 victory at Yorktown, is given annually to active duty female military personnel who have served in line with the NSDAR values of "God, Country and Home." Transportation Corps pays tribute to fallen Soldiers

U.S. Army Soldiers render a final salute to fallen Transportation Corps Soldiers during a Memorial Wall Rededication Ceremony at Fort Eustis, Va., May 21, 2014.
