The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Lothair wins Animal Hero award

Melanie Paul and her dog Lothair, a Shetland Sheepdog, who was born deaf, accept the Animal Hero award from the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association in Hampton, Va., Feb. 18, 2017. National Nutrition Month: Puts Best Fork Forward

National Nutrition Month is an educational campaign designed to emphasize the importance of healthy eating habits and is recognized in the month of March at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. This year’s campaign theme is ‘Put Your Best Fork Forward,’ which encourages individuals to start with small changes in eating habits.
