Hampton Roads named one of the ‘Great American Defense Communities’

U.S. Air Force and Navy units participated in the Trident Warrior 2013 exercise over the Atlantic Ocean near the Hampton Roads, Va., area, July 8-19. Couponing workshop helps military families save money

A local couponing expert will teach participants about the benefits of couponing and how to effectively use coupons to get the best return on their investment of time and money.
