497 ISR Group welcomes new commander

Paul Nelson, 480th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing commander, as he assumes command of the the 497 ISR Group during a change of command ceremony June 24 at the Bayview Commonwealth Center. 'Organized' SNCO takes ACC honors

Master Sgt. William Joseph, 1st Maintenance Operations Squadron Wing Plans & Documentation superintendent, performs vital tasks that led to his win of Air Combat Command Scheduler of the Year for 2010, the highest honor for any scheduler. Sergeant Joseph’s most notable accomplishments included spearheading the deployment plan for approximately 10 F-22 Raptors, enabling a 100-percent quality assurance pass rate and completing 36 hours of ongoing education.
