LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Airman 1st Class Jaymes Crusan, 633d Civil Engineer Squadron, discovers an inactive osprey nest while making repairs to the beacon lightstand atop the 200-foot water tower. The water tower beacon light serves as an obstruction safety marker and navigation aid to pilot's approaching Langley airfield.
