Patient Centered Medical Homes aim to provide better continuity of care to patients through a more interactive approach to healthcare. Patients will work with the same medical team who develop a treatment plan to best accommodate an individual’s needs. JTF-CS commander recognizes JBLE Airmen

Mathis III, commander, Joint Task Force Civil Support, presents coins to airmen of the 633rd Logistics Readiness Squadron during his visit to Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Feb. 26, 2014. Mathis presented commander coins to show his appreciation to the squadron for providing assistance during a recent JTF-CS no-notice deployment readiness exercise (DRE). Internal exercises, such as DREs, ensure the unit's preparedness to support local first responders in the event of a man-made or a natural disaster in the United States.
