The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Langley 'adopts' Hampton schools

Group members dedicate camp to fallen hero

Captain Charles A. Ransom, a cyberspace Airman assigned to the 83rd Network Operations Squadron, Langley Air Force Base, Va., died April 27, 2011, at the Kabul International Airport in Afghanistan of wounds suffered from gunfire while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. The captain was deployed to Afghanistan from the 83rd NOS, a part of the 67th Network Warfare Wing, located at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
