The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

March marks TBI Awareness Month
March 4, 2013
March marks brain injury awareness month, the special observance month dedicated to raising TBI consciousness and honoring the millions of survivors living with brain injuries every day. According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 1.7 million people sustain traumatic brain injuries annually, and TBI is a contributing factor for nearly a third of injury-related deaths and 235,000 yearly hospitalizations.
