The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Funding for Army tuition assistance stops
March 11, 2013
Beginning March 8, 2013, funding for tuition assistance will cease and Soldiers cannot submit new requests for tuition assistance. This suspension in funding "is necessary given the significant budget execution challenges caused by the combined effects of a possible year-long continuing resolution and sequestration," the G-1 public affairs office wrote in a released statement. Army Aviation looking to overcome 'degraded visual environment'
