The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Team Langley staff sergeant wins 'Emmy of DOD Journalism'

The 27th Intelligence Squadron recently earned the Lt. Gen. Harold W. Grant Information Dominance award, demonstrating itself as the best small communications and information unit in the U.S. Air Force. Hagel orders retraining of recruiters, sexual assault responders

Hagel announces fewer furlough days for DOD employees

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel speaks to Department of Defense employees at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Va., May 14, 2013. Hagel announced furloughs of up to 11 days for employees, adding the furloughs will affect every military department and almost every agency, with limited exceptions.
