The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Langley Airmen are 'Diamond Sharp'

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Tiffany Cross, 440th Supply Chain Operations Squadron allowance and authorization journeyman, poses with members of the First Sergeants Council after receiving the Diamond Sharp award at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Jan. 23, 2017. Shellbank's multipurpose exercise room reopens

DOD adjusts BAH rates for 2017

The Department of Defense made a change to the basic allowance for housing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Jan. 1, 2017. Service members in areas or pay grades set to receive the new BAH rates will see an average increase of $41 per month. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Tetaun Moffett)
