TRADOC general named honorary ROCK of the year

David Perkins, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command commander, receive the "2015 Honorary ROCK of the year" award from Earl Sims, ROCKS Inc. national board chairman, during a ceremony at Fort Eustis, Va., June 23, 2015. ROCKS Inc. is a national organization which aims to strengthen the U.S. military officer and senior civilian corps through mentorship, coaching, scholarships, networking, leader diversity and professional development, to leverage outreach opportunities and maximize talent. The award recognizes distinguished senior leaders who made a significant and sustainable contribution to the U.S. military.
Eustis Commissary awards scholarships
