General Fraser takes command of ACC

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va.-- Gen. William M. Fraser III assumes command of the Air Combat Command by accepting the guidon from Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, who was Chief of Staff of the Air Force at the time, during the change of command ceremony here Sept. 10.  General Fraser came from the Pentagon, where he served as the Air Force Vice Chief of Staff.  He was selected to command ACC after Gen. John D.W. Corley announced his retirement in May.
