MCAHC rolls out APLSS recognition program for outstanding clinics

During a recent Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey award ceremony, Col. Michael E. Hershman, McDonald Army Health Center commander, presented an "on the spot" cash award in the amount of $250 to medical assistant Albert Durant inside the health center at Fort Eustis, Va., July 27, 2012. Hershman also awarded Beverly A. Ritz, a medical assistant in the Eye, Ears, Nose and Throat Clinic; Theodore Eppes, a Patient Safety representative; and Patricia Case, a medical assistant in Internal Medicine, for their excellent customer service support.
