Army, AF offer COOL education benefits to service members

Since 2015, the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force have offered the Credentialing Opportunities On-Line program for military members to obtain certifications and licenses within their career field. The program was established to enhance service members’ current work performance and their likelihood of civilian employment after they leave the service. Service members use DUI prevention programs

To avoid driving under the influence, members of Joint Base Langley-Eustis take advantage of programs and training provided by the 733rd Security Forces Squadron and other installation services. To get a safe ride home when under the influence call the Drunk Driving Prevention Program at (757) 847-9780, or Soldiers and Airmen Against Drunk Driving at (757) 764-2233. DDPP operates Friday and Saturday nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. and drives the requestor’s vehicle.
