On-Base Child Care
JBLE's child development centers support the development of the whole child, and acknowledge that children learn through active, hands-on involvement with their environment, peers, and caring adults. We respect each child's unique interests, experiences, abilities and needs, thus allowing us to be responsive to and appropriate for each child. Our programs respect and support the ideals, cultures, and values of families in their task of nurturing children. We advocate for children, families and the early childhood professionals within our programs.

School Liaison Offices
JBLE's School Liaison Officers work in conjunction with the local school community to address educational issues involving military children. Through partnering with the local and military community, the School Liaison Officer uses a variety of resources to provide assistance with issues concerning student transition.
