Mission
On order, the 10thTransportation Battalion (Terminal) deploys worldwide to provide watercraft and maintenance assets to conduct Combined, Joint and or Service Logistics Over-the-Shore (LOTS), Intra-theater lift and riverine operations in support of the operational commander.

Subordinate Units


MISSION Provide support to the Battalion Command Group and Staff in conducting worldwide terminal, distribution, and sustainment operations. Ensure readiness of the detachment's personnel and equipment, provide logistical and and administrative support to the Staff, support the establishment and function of the Tactical Operations Center (TOC), and provide for basic security of the TOC.	MISSION Provide floating and harbor craft operations; bulk, dry, and liquid cargo transport; tug and heavy towing services; and lift-on/lift-off services beyond the capability of a ship's gear; in support of riverine, intra-theater lift, water terminal, tactical/joint amphibious salvage, and Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) operations.

MISSION To conduct Waterborne transportation of personnel, cargo and equipment during intra-theater lift, water terminal, waterborne tactical, and joint amphibious, riverine, or Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) operations.	MISSION To perform seaport terminal service operations to discharge and load containerized/non-containerized cargo and wheeled/tracked vehicles in fixed seaports or Logistics Over the Shore (LOTS) sites. Coordinated seaport clearance and onward movement while supporting Movement Control and Motor Transportation Units.

MISSION Provide mission control and production quality control to watercraft field maintenance platoons supporting U.S. Army watercraft crews.
