Mission Statement
The United State's Army's Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program is committed to reducing and eliminating sexual assault through a comprehensive Department of Defense policy centered on awareness, education, prevention, victim advocacy, reporting, and accountability.

Vision Statement
To promote trauma-informed care to all sexual assault victims regardless of gender, age or spousal relationship and accountability for offenders who commit these crimes. The United States Army is committed to providing confidential reporting and advocacy services whereby victims obtain medical care, counseling, victim advocacy and investigative services based on their reporting preference (restricted or unrestricted).
