The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Legendary fighter squadron inactivated

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va -- Lt. Col. Joel Cook, 71st Fighter Squadron commander, furls the guidon, with Col. Richard H. Boutwell, 1st Operations Group commander, during the 71st Fighter Squadron inactivation ceremony Sept. 30. Langley kicks off 2010 CFC

The CFC is accepting donations through the first week of November. Upcoming CFC events include a kick-off run, picnic, softball and kickball tournaments and a fitness challenge.
