The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Langley doctor wins 2011 National Public Service Award
March 14, 2011
Col. (Dr.) Joyce Adkins, 633d Medical Operations Squadron commander, earned the 2011 National Public Service award at the American Society for Public Administration Banquet in Baltimore March 14. Colonel Adkins' career includes more than 26 years of public service across 12 duty assignments in the Air Force and Department of Defense.
