The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

JBLE Honor Guardsmen reflect on time in Puerto Rico

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Blake Hendricks, 1st Operations Support Squadron supply management specialist; Senior Airman Gabriel Fox, 439th Supply Chain Operations Squadron supply management specialist; Senior Airman John Stone Jr., 438th Supply Chain Operations Squadron supply management specialist;  and Airman 1st Class Christopher Clement, 633rd Communications Squadron communications specialist, recently travelled to Puerto Rico to perform funeral services for eight of the nine Puerto Rico National Guardsmen killed in a May 2, 2018 aircraft mishap.
