Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Mosquito aerial spraying scheduled for local area

The West Nile Virus was isolated in 1937 and is transmitted to humans through the bite of infected mosquitoes. The disease usually causes a mild inflammation of the brain, accompanied by fever, headache, body aches, vomiting, skin rash and swollen lymph glands. 'Showdown: Air Combat' premieres June 15

The episode, which is part of the series "Showdown: Air Combat," will focus on the F-22 and its capabilities. Maj. Mastering the MARE

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Firefighters from Newport News, Squad 6, transport Airman 1st Class Bryan Ross, simulated patient and 1st Dental Squadron dental lab technician, to a Sentara Medical Group helicopter destined for Riverside Hospital during a major accident response exercise here June 11.
