Media members visiting JBLE must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times. Military members and civilian workers contacted by news media should liaise with the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Langley pilots face a new training adversary

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. - - Ms. Chessie Ricks, 2nd Manpower Requirements Squadron and African American Heritage Counsel Member, reads a poetry selection from African American poet Maya Angelou, during an annual commemorative celebration highlighting Dr. Martin Luther King Jan. 16. Team Langley’s African American Heritage Committee held the program acknowledging Dr. King’s contributions to the civil rights movement.
