Smith, U.S. Army Chief of Transportation, congratulates Ronald Mallory, a Vietnam War Veteran, after his receipt of the Bronze Star medal at the U.S. Army Transportation Museum on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Mar. 4, 2020.
