JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Ronald Mallory, a Vietnam War veteran, prays with his family during an invocation for his Bronze Star medal presentation ceremony at the U.S. Army Transportation Museum on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Mar. 4, 2020. Mallory strived for 50 years to obtain his Bronze Star medal for actions he took during the war, and finally had his medal approved with the assistance of fellow veterans and a U.S. congressman.
