JOINT BASE LANGLEY- EUSTIS, Va. –
Occupational Safety and Health Administration, in participation with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health has launched the Hear and Now – Noise Safety Challenge and it is open to the public.
The Hear and Now – Noise Safety Challenge is accepting ideas from the public in regard to new technology, including, but not limited to protective equipment, real-time detection systems and training programs. Ideas must be submitted by Sept. 30, 2016 to Challenge.gov. The 10 best ideas will be selected and the creators will be invited to pitch their ideas to a panel at the Noise Safety Challenge Event on Oct. 27, 2016 in Washington D.C.
