LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- A loadmaster from 436th Airlift Wing, Dover Air Force Base, Del., directs an M1120 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck Load Handling System into a C-17 Globemaster III Jan. 19.
