Team Langley honors nation's POWs, MIAs

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. – Col. Matt Molloy, 1st Fighter Wing commander, and Sonja Dillaman, daughter of prisoner of war John Langley James, lay a ceremonial wreath on the POW/MIA memorial Sept. 17. Team Langley honored our nation’s POWs and missing in action through a series of ceremonies and events Sept. 16 and 17, paying respect to those who made, and continue to make, the ultimate sacrifice. New 480th ISR Wing commander pledges continued focus on Airmen

Col. Paul D. Nelson gives a speech as the incoming commander of the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing during the change of command ceremony, Sept. 9. During his address, Col. Nelson told his audience that his immediate focus will be on taking care of Airmen. As the 480th ISR Wing commander, Col.
