Sergeant Loiselle received the honor for meritorious achievement as a personal security advisor for Headquarters United States Forces-Iraq’s Air Component Coordination Element while deployed to Camp Victory, Iraq from April 2009 to April 2010. While deployed, he planned and led more than 300 red zone convoy missions throughout the Baghdad area with a 100 percent success rate and successfully provided security for 275 key leadership engagements.
