Army taking steps to improve its CSM, SGM key-billet talent-management efforts

Placing the right non-commissioned officer in the right command sergeant major assignment is critical to the Army, since the CSM advises the commander and monitors the pulse of the enlisted force. New Army PT uniforms result of Soldier feedback
