Turn in your design to your teacher by February 29th. The winner will be turned into a life-size mascot!*

Include the following with your submission:

1. Hand-drawn or digital image of mascot submission directly on form, or attached to entry form.
2. Description of what inspired your design.
3. Completed entry form with all sections completed and signature of parent or guardian.

All mascot designs must adhere to the following requirements:

1. Placed on white background.
2. Created as line art, digital media, or hand illustration.
3. Develop and submit a graphic representation of a family-friendly character.
4. Utilize elements that represent both Langley AFB and Fort Eustis.
