Chief Master Sergeant Janna L. Glotfelty serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader of the 633d Mission Support Group, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He advises the Commander on readiness, resource utilization, training, professional development, morale, welfare, and mission effectiveness for 2,100 personnel across six squadrons. The group supports headquarters Air Combat Command, five operational wings, over 40 mission partner agencies, and 71,900 personnel across a 3,600-acre installation, including the largest flying operation in Air Combat Command and nearly half of the U.S. Air Force’s Fifth Generation Air Superiority capabilities. Chief Glotfelty enlisted in the Air Force in August 1998. She graduated from the Personnel Apprentice Course at Keesler AFB, Mississippi and has held various duties in the personnel career field. Her background includes leadership and management roles at the Air Force Personnel Center, Combatant Commands, Defense Media Activity and several base and squadron level positions. She deployed in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM and has completed overseas tours in South Korea, Turkey, Hawaii and Germany. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as the Space Base Delta 2, Senior Enlisted Airman.
