Dependents, retirees to get new ID cards
January 22, 2021 — Military dependents, retirees and their family members will receive Next Generation Uniformed Services Identification (USID) as they renew or replace their IDs over the next five years. The new card has enhanced security features when compared to its paper-based predecessor, and is more durable.
