May 19, 2020
The 83rd Network Operations Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, remembers U.S. Air Force Major Charles Ransom, 83rd NOS plans and operations flight commander, each year by participating in a squadron run; this year the run was completed virtually. “Performed a nine mile ruck here at Incirlik yesterday to honor and remember the service and sacrifice of Major Charles Ransom and the members of the NATC – A Nine… killed by enemy gunfire in Afghanistan on April 27, 2011. #NeverForgotten,” Selena Ainsley wrote in a post to the 83rd NOS Facebook page.
