Fort Eustis policeman awarded for saving life

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — A Fort Eustis police officer received an official commendation Jan. 19, for a life-saving deed he performed while responding to an emergency.

Soldiers, Airmen work together to save lives during exercise

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — Service members assigned to Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, worked alongside one another to participate in a downed aircraft crash exercise at Felker Army Airfield, Aug. 13, 2019.

Police officers assigned to the 733rd Security Forces Squadron traffic section received three awards during a Traffic National Law Enforcement Challenge award presentation at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Jan. 12, 2017. Decorations: 733rd SFS wins state and national awards

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — The 733rd Security Forces Squadron Traffic Section at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, finished 2016 by winning three awards from the Traffic National Law Enforcement Challenge. On Jan. 12, 2017, four members of the 733rd SFS Traffic Section were presented a first place award for Military Police and Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety by the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police, along with a third place award for Military Police by the International Association of Chiefs of Police. The National Law Enforcement Challenge examines Law Enforcement agencies on traffic safety issues of impaired driving, occupant protection and speed awareness.
