Soldiers, Airmen return from Haiti relief mission

U.S. Army Soldiers from Fort Eustis greet members of the 689th Rapid Port Opening Element after returning from Haiti at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Oct. 20, 2016. JBLE prepares for Hurricane Matthew

An U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor takes off from the runway at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Oct. 5, 2016. Approximately 40 aircraft and 100 personnel from the 1st and 192nd Fighter Wing evacuated the installation due to projected tidal surges and potential flooding as a result of Hurricane Matthew.
