ATC team brings home consecutive win

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — The 1st Operations Support Squadron air traffic control team at Langley Air Force Base has been awarded the Air Force-level 2017 D. Ray Hardin Air Traffic Control Facility of the Year for the second consecutive time.

AF band member offers resiliency with free guitar lessons

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — For people looking to learn guitar without a huge investment, one Airman may have an answer teaching free guitar lessons here, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-12:30 p.m., to help promote resiliency.

Trashing old habits, cleaning for a cause

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — According the Chesapeake Bay Program, the bay is the largest estuary in the U.S. with a watershed that spans more than 64,000 square miles. The watershed is home to an estimated 18 million people, and more than 3,600 species of plants and animals, including over 2,700 plant species, and 500 finfish and shellfish species.
