National Nutrition Month is an educational campaign designed to emphasize the importance of healthy eating habits and is recognized in the month of March at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. This year’s campaign theme is ‘Put Your Best Fork Forward,’ which encourages individuals to start with small changes in eating habits. AFCENT command chief visits 497th ISRG Airmen
