U.S. Army 93rd Signal Brigade hosted a Women's Equality Observance event at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Aug. 2, 2017. The event was hosted to celebrate the 97th year of women’s right to vote since the ratification of the 19th Amendment.
