LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. – The John Mitchell Trophy sits in front of the designated parking spot for the winner of the Mitchell Trophy Air Race at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, Mar. 6, 2025, The trophy was rediscovered in 1998 at Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
