The building sign sits outside the Tax Assistance Center at Joint Base Langley, Eustis, Va., Jan. 18, 2017. The Fort Eustis center will open on Jan. 30 and have walk in hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Langley center will open on Feb. 1 and will be open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. by appointment only.
