Soldiers prep vessels for Hurricane Matthew
U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jessy Kingrey, 558th Transporation Company maintenance control sergeant, uses a non-cutting torch to loosen a cast iron anchor from a U.S. Army vessel at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Oct. 7, 2016. The anchor was removed to move the vessel to hurricane buoys, which is where vessels with crew shortages and in maintenance were transferred during Hurricane Matthew.
