U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Cielito Jackson, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command career counselor was part of a team that took part in changing the Taiwanese Army into an all-volunteer force. After working with the Taiwanese Army for four years, Jackson was awarded a Taiwanese Army Achievement medal with one gold star, and named an honorary alumnus of their Army Academy.
