The Commissary Rewards Card will celebrate its one-year anniversary Aug. 8 by releasing a mobile application for its users. The app will allow commissary patrons to access their rewards account, select coupons and review clipped, redeemed and expired coupons, as well as allow shoppers to locate commissaries worldwide and access store information such as phone number and address.
