1st Maintenance Operations Squadron inactivates

Paul Netchaeff, 1st Maintenance Operations Squadron commander, ceremonially case the squadron guidon during the 1st MOS inactivation ceremony at Langley Air Force Base, Va., Aug. 23, 2013.
